"DATE: 07-13-07 Appearance: Lemon with hints of green.
Nose: Rich lemon/lime, honey, peach and some early signs of petrol go with floral and spicy elements.
Palate: Just off-dry with good acidity, light to midweight. Palate is slightly lighter than the nose would suggest, but follows it nicely otherwise. Some silkiness midpalate, long clean dry finish.
Conclusions: Good riesling is just starting to develop, although there are signs that it will do well in three years and last for at least eight. Best now with midly hot and spicy foods, or fowl/fish dishes accompanied with sweet vegetables." lfw
