"DATE: 08-24-07 Appearance: Light straw with green tints.
Nose: Melon, pear, light butter and a hint of vanilla.
Palate: Dry with moderate to good acidity, midweight. Palate nicely follows the nose, with a herbal/grassy character midpalate, some richness and a long dry clean finish.
Conclusions: Interesting rare example of this varietal in Ontario, this is quite unusual. May age well for a few years (I have no experience here) but would be quite suited to light white wine meals, seafood, chicken, ham, many choices. Also quite nice as is, right now." lfw

FROM THE PRODUCERS:"Nose: Carries a nice fresh pleasure that ignite your senses with grass, honeydew melon, lemon zest and hints of vanilla.
Flavours: Experience a racy crisp wine with hints of lemon, lime, melon and saffron. A good backbone of acidity carries a long length in the wine.
Food Pairing: Antipasto, smoked fish and shellfish, goat cheese, mozzarella, mild cheddar, swiss, and brie. Salads, chicken, and roasted garlic. Angle food cake, cheesecake, vanilla ice cream, tree grown fruit, and berries.
