Palate: Off dry with soft acidity, mid to heavyweight. Palate is heavier than the nose suggests, but follows it well. Dusty tannins appear on the rich almost fat midpalate. Finish is rich, long and clean.
Conclusions: Heavier style of gewurz is best with spicy foods or by itself. Good for four or five years, getting even richer as it ages." lfw
