"DATE: 08-12-08 Appearance: Pale lemon.
Nose: Pear, lemon, herbal, light butter and touches of white chocolate.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight. Palate follows the nose, adding some grapefruit notes. Midpalate is zesty and silky, with a good long clean dry finish.
Conclusions: Probably best with lighter white meats, fowl, fish or pork, not likely to age a long time but I don't know with this variety (in some places around the world it ages very well, getting honeyed with age). Not very much of this grown here in Ontario.." lfw
