"DATE: 12-19-07 Appearance: Straw.
Nose: Pear/peach with hints of something more tropical, light mineral character.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight. Palate is heavier than the nose suggests, with a baked apple character, spiciness and a rich midpalate, with a long clean finish.
Conclusions: Interesting wine for current consumption (within two years) which is probably best with white meats in a light cream sauce. Not sure what grape variety(ies) are at play here." lfw
