"DATE: 09-09-08 Appearance: Light ruby.
Nose: Cherry, spicy oak, cedar, pepper and a mineral character.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight. Palate is bigger than the nose, adding a minty character to ripe tannins on the midpalate. Great long clean dry finish.
Conclusions: Very nice Pinot is still quite youthful, should develop by 2009 and last until 2014. Try it now with a nice beef dish, and by itself in 2012." lfw
