"12-21-07 Appearance: Yellow gold.
Nose: Peach, pineapple, apricot, honey, herbs and spices, quite complex nose which is probably not yet fully developed.
Palate: Sweet with great acidity, midweight. Exceptionally clean attack, great followthrough from the nose, nice mouthfeel, wonderful finish.
Conclusions: Another exceptional icewine from this producer, still an infant in diapers, but with a great long future in front of it. Elegant but also has good weight, long staying power. lovely in its youth but worth the wait." lfw
FROM THE PRODUCERS:"En quantité limitée, notre « eiswein » est tout à fait surprenant. C’est le fleuron de notre maison. Il est produit à partir de raisins Vidal à 100% cueillis en décembre sous une température de –10 à –14 Celsius. Robe dorée et parfums complexes, ce vin liquoreux se prend aussi bien en apéro avec le foie gras qu’avec le dessert fin. Disponible en demi bouteille seulement."
