"12-19-07 Appearance: Lemon.
Nose: Apple/pear with some more citrusy notes, and a lightly floral/spicy character as well.
Palate: Dry with very good acidity, light to midweight. Fruit-driven palate nicely follows the nose, with a bit of softness midpalate, and a good clean crisp finish.
Conclusions: The primary purpose of this wine is refreshment, though it would stand well with a wide range of white meats and pasta due to the lovely fresh acidity. Ageworthy for two or three years, better with food than without at present. If you like the wines from Northern Italy, or the Western Loire, you should really try this in the same situations." lfw
