"12-21-07 Appearance: Light orange gold.
Nose: Icewine like nose of peaches, apricot, honey, spices, mineral, white grapefruit, quite intense, very interesting.
Palate: Sweet with great acidity, midweight. Palate nicely follows the nose, great silky mouthfeel, finish is wonderful and lasts a very long time.
Conclusions: Exceptionally elegant style of icewine, this balance is rarely achieved by vidal. Could age for 8 years, getting richer and heavier in time. Fairly priced for this quality, exceptional product." lfw
