Nose: Cassis, raspberry, blackberry, pencil lead, chocolate, something earthy as well. Interesting and bound to get even better in time.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight plus. Good deep fruit on the attack followed by nice touches of oak and tannin midpalate. Long clean dry finish.
Conclusions: Another good Cab Sauv from Marynissen will likely hold more than ten years in a good cellar. Best now with rare red meats or people of real character..." lfw
