"DATE: 12-28-07 Appearance: Straw.
Nose: Baked apple, melon, vanilla, butter, sweet oak, peach and hints of tropical fruit.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight plus. Rich midpalate, good fruit/alcohol/acid/oak balance. Very long clean dry finish.
Conclusions: Quite useful with more flavourful foods, would be welcome at a black tie setting, or on a patio on a cool spring or fall day." lfw

FROM THE PRODUCERS:"Dazzle your senses with the buttery vanilla aromas of this barrel-aged reserve. Lightly oaked, this chardonnay fills the palate with flavours of fresh golden apples. Pair with creamy garlic entrées, grilled salmon, and soft ripened cheese such as camembert and brie."
