"DATE: 12-28-07 Appearance: Straw with green tints.
Nose: Fruity/sweet gewurz nose showing rose petals, lavender, tropical fruit and spice.
Palate: Off dry with moderate acidity, midweight plus. Palate nicely follows the nose, soft and rich midpalate, with a fruity/spicy clean finish.
Conclusions: Best consumed by the end of 2008, this wine would be perfect with a spicy/hot stir fry, or really nice on a hot summer day, chilled. Good value." lfw
