"DATE: 06-22-08 Appearance: Lemon.
Nose: Pear/peach with a citrusy note.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight. A bit austere on the attack, with light tannins on the midpalate. Good clean finish.
Conclusions: Not remotely what people expect from fruit qine, quite dry (unexpectedly so) and very foodworthy. Use this in place of white table wine, with standard white wine foods. Not for long keeping, maybe three years." lfw
