"DATE: 06-07-07 Appearance: Deep ruby.
Nose: Big cassis with other dark berry aromas lurking in the background.
Palate: Off-dry with moderate acidity, midweight plus. Big cassis on the attack, clean fruit carries through a soft midpalate to a long clean dryer finish.
Conclusions: Big cassis wine with lots of flavour is indeed dry enough to stand with flavourful red meats. Should age well for 3-4 years." lfw
