Nose: Cranberry, apple, citrus and a floral quality.
Palate: Off-dry with moderate acidity, midweight. Nice soft fruit follows the nose, soft midpalate, gentle cranberry fruit on the finish.
Conclusions: Dryish cranberry wine would serve well with white meat, fish or fowl, ham and meals with sweet vegetables." lfw
