"DATE: 07-13-07 Appearance: Straw with green tints.
Nose: Big appley fruit (with peach and pear undertones) matched by big buttery notes.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, heavyweight. Monster sized unoaked chardonnay follows the nose nicely. Big mouthfeel, some heat on the long clean dry finish.
Conclusions: Very big chardonnay is ageworthy (five yrs plus) but may be too big for sipping purposes, needing big flavourful food to do battle with. Wine for flavour junkies for sure." lfw
