"DATE: 08-12-08 Appearance: Deep purple.
Nose: Big cranberry/blueberry and cherry fruit with light earthiness and light sweet oak.
Palate: Dry with great acidity, midweight. Palate nicely follows the nose, with some silkiness and light tannins on the midpalate and the good clean long finish.
Conclusions: Big style Baco with some rough edges has years in front of it yet (another ten). Big enough and bold enough for big-flavoured foods, you also couldn't overload a burger with condiments with this one. Excellent value in Baco Noir." lfw
