"DATE: 08-18-07 Appearance: Pale blueberry/pink.
Nose: Honey with light spices and light blueberry.
Palate: Medium with moderate acidity, midweight. Clean blueberry pie flavours, then honey, then light spices show midpalate. Long clean finish.
Conclusions: Another interesting mead from the masters, foodworthy or good by itself. I get a feeling that this should be consumed earlier than it's stable mate cranberry melomel (maybe two years) but both are quite tasty right now." lfw
