"DATE: 08-18-07 Appearance: Very pale cranberry.
Nose: Honey with subtle cranberry and spice.
Palate: Medium with moderate acidity, midweight. Honey dominates the palate, with some cranberry tannins, acid and bitterness showing later in the performance. Soft and smooth, long clean finish.
Conclusions: Not too sweet to sit at the table with a turkey dinner, this is a very nice product that could last a few years in a good cellar, mellowing even more as it ages and puts on weight. Unique and useful wine (but is Mead a wine or a beer?)." lfw
