"DATE: 08-18-07 Appearance: Pale lemon.
Nose: Honeyed with light spices and a floral character.
Palate: Medium sweet with good acidity, midweight. Palate nicely follows the nose, adding pear flavours and a doughy/bready/creamy character midpalate. Long clean finish.
Conclusions: Lovely dessert wine is exceptional value. Within my experience a mead such as this could last many years (10+?) developing ever more character as it ages. Great balance in this wine." lfw
