"DATE: 03-31-07 Appearance: Ruby.
Nose: Raspberry, cherry, cedar, peppers and a bit of barnyard.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight. Fruit nicely follows the nose, with more dark berry flavours apparent on the palate. Long clean finish.
Conclusions: Another good cabernet franc out of the Southwest of the province, which is tasty right now, but given another three years for the tannins, acid and extract to harmonize will become a very much more interesting wine. It is great to see new producers coming up with such good wines." lfw
