"DATE: 06-22-08 Appearance: Cranberry.
Nose: Cranberry with light spices and mineral notes.
Palate: Just off dry with great refreshing acidity, midweight. Palate nicely follows the nose, with a zesty midpalate, and a long clean dry finish showing good typical cranberry bitterness on the aftertaste.
Conclusions: Exactly what a dryish cranberry wine should be, capable of more than five years as it slowly settles down. Strong enough for spicy foods, may be too much flavour for some people." lfw
