Carl Kimmett has spent years teaching horticulture at the School of Natural Resources and running a small business selling plants near Lindsay.

Jim Warren, Founder of Stoney Ridge Estate Winery and the Fruit Wineries of Ontario, long-time teacher (Niagara College Teaching Winery) and in many ways the conscience of the Ontario Wine Industry.

Dr. Liang Liu holds his PhD from Guelph University in Horticulture (1995)
and is an independent Environmental Consultant located in Peterborough.
His specialty is in the mining and agricultural sectors.

Maureen Hubble-Davidson is the vineyard manager at
Burnley Ridge Vineyard near Roseneath. She has been
growing grapes here for a few years.

Bryan is the owner and chief rockpicker at Peregrine North Farm just west of Peterborough. His vineyard is on high ground, overlooking the city of Peterborough and the surrounding countryside.

Fred and wife Sandy own Archibald Orchards Estate Winery north of Bowmanville, and the Cider House Golf Course. Look for their fabulous Fruit Wine and Food Festival on the last Saturday each May.

Irwin and wife Alyssa own Ocala Winery north of Whitby. They have quite substantial vineyards, and of course many apple trees.

John and wife Trish own Kawartha Country Wines north of Buckhorn. While they specialize in fruit wines, John and Trish have some unique red and white table wines as well.

Matt, wife Stephanie and their rapidly expanding family own Applewood Farm Winery on McCowan Road near Stouffville northeast of Toronto where they have recently planted some hardy grape varieties.

Neil with his family has planted considerable quantities of hardy and semi-hardy vines near Silcote Corners. Neil has become the point man for the area, and is the owner of Coffin Ridge Winery overlooking Georgian Bay.

Phil and wife Carol are pioneer grape growers near Simcoe in Norfolk County southwest of Hamilton, owners of Villa Nova Estate Winery which is the first of the new generation of wineries coming from Norfolk County.

Rob Davidson is chief grape flea beetle squisher at Burnley Ridge Vineyard near Roseneath. He has been growing grapes for some time here.
