An interesting feature of this restaurant is Chef Alex's Page (Alexander Svenne) - which has an interactive question and answer section in development. Pineridge Hollow seems like a good place for a wedding or a business meeting. Just wish it was a little closer to Peterborough (Ont). And if it didn't have a good winelist it wouldn't be included here... LFW
