"DATE: 09-11-09 Appearance: Ruby.
Nose: Sweet cherry, blueberry/cranberry, light spicy oak and light herbal / mineral tones.
Palate: Dryish with good acidity, midweight. Palate follows the nose. Crisp acidity on the initial attack, fresh and clean on the midpalate with dusty light tannins. Good clean dry finish.
Conclusions: Soft baco with less alcohol than modern wines are used to (and better for it!). Drink by 2014. Wide range of foods would suit this wine due to the good acidity." lfw
