"DATE: 09-11-09 Appearance: Purple / dark ruby.
Nose: Soft raspbery, black cherry and plum with cedar, light chocolate, sweet oak and light herbal and mineral tones.
Palate: Dryish with good acidity, midweight. Palate follows the nose, with a zesty cirtys quality on the attack followed by earthier tones on the soft midpalate. Light tannins through the good long clean dry finish, with a light sweetness on the aftertaste.
Conclusions: Good for 5 or 6 years, food wine, really went nicely with a hamburger / macaroni / spiced dish. Nice easy to drink wine from Milton." lfw
