"DATE: 08-19-07 Appearance: Ruby.
Nose: Raspberry with light spices.
Palate: Medium sweet with good acidity, midweight plus. Big flavours follow the nose, tasting sweeter than the posted sugar level. Fresh from beginning to end, silky smooth on the long clean finish.
Conclusions: Nice dessert wine for general dessert uses. Should age well for five years." lfw

FROM THE PRODUCERS:"Brilliant candy apple pink. Enticing aromas of pink grapefruit and garrigue, with hints of apple and raspberry. Tangy with an inviting sweetness, fading to sweet fruit flavours. Very good body and long, with very good fruit development through to a tangy close. My vote is for crème caramel or Gorgonzola."
