"DATE: 08-18-07 Appearance: Orange with hints of mahogany.
Nose: Strawberry with light spices.
Palate: Medium sweet with soft acidity, midweight plus. Big strawberry jam flavours, rich mouthfeel, soft midpalate, good clean finish.
Conclusions: Nice almost-dessert style wine which could age three or four years but tastes very nice right now. Think of this as a social wine, chill slightly and enjoy by itself, or with a fruit/cheese tray." lfw

FROM THE PRODUCERS:"Deep, brilliant apricot-melon colour. Aromas of strawberry jam, oranges, apples, and leather. Very sweet off the top - slightly syrupy - with soft acidity and a touch of caramel. Medium body and length with a firm acidity on the finish. Charming: You may want to pour our strawberry wine over French vanilla ice cream."
