Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight plus. Fruit follows the nose and is starting to integrate, some richness midpalate, chocolate/spice/vanilla long clean finish.
Conclusions: Modern style Cab Franc which will finish coming together over the next two years, and last another five after that." lfw
FROM THE PRODUCERS:"This Cabernet Franc is deep ruby to garnet in colour with a complex bouquet of strawberry, and black cherry with subtle oak hints of cedar and bell pepper. The palate is a mix of ripe, red berry fruit accented with a smooth vanilla and mellow oak finish. With decanting this wine can be enjoyed now but will continue to develop over 6 to 8 years."
