Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight. Palate nicely follows the nose, with ripe tannins and nice mouthfeel. Long clean dry finish.
Conclusions: Not for the timid, but a most interesting cab franc. This has three to five years in its future, and would do battle with many a flavourful red meat dish." lfw
