"DATE: 08-29-07 Appearance: Garnet with some brick at the edge.
Nose: Black berries, rich oak and high octane on the nose.
Palate: Medium sweet with good acidity, heavyweight. Black cherry appears on the attack, with an elderberry-like character on the midpalate. Very good mouthfeel, with a long clean finish.
Conclusions: Port-style wine will last ten to fifteen years in the cellar, and is already quite good with hard cheese. Nicely done." lfw
