"DATE: 07-13-07 Appearance: What else (cranberry).
Nose: Cranberry, citrus, mineral qualities.
Palate: Off dry with fresh acidity, midweight. Lovely attack follows the nose, with real honest-to-goodness cranberry bitterness and tannins showing up early and lasting through the long clean finish.
Conclusions: Lovely cranberry wine will keep for five years, but is good right now. Has all the right stuff. Works nicely with Xmas dinner (turkey and cranberries) especially with sweet veggies on the plate." lfw
