"DATE: 07-16-08 Appearance: Green gold.
Nose: Floral/mineral/spicy riesling nose with grapefruit, peach and bits of lemon/lime.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight. Big dry riesling starting to show signs of developing petrol to go with the flavours on the nose. Silky on the midpalate with a very long clean dry finish.
Conclusions: Good now with flavourful white meat dishes, fish/fowl, could go another eight years for those who like aged rieslings (yes, please, me sir!)." lfw
