"DATE: 07-16-08 Appearance: Ruby with mahogany at the rim.
Nose: Cherry / beet / strawbery, spicy oak, some buttery character as well.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight. Palate follows the nose nicely, adding more earthy notes, dusty tannins and silky mouthfeel to the midpalate, and extending through the very good long clean dry finish.
Conclusions: Still four years to go for this, good value Pinot in a lighter style. This lightish style is very good with an incredible range of foods." lfw
