"DATE: 07-16-08 Appearance: Pale lemon.
Nose: Lighly herbaceous and grassy, light gooseberry and pear.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight plus. Palate exceeds the nose, with ripe tropical fruit on the attack, richness, fat and a touch of earthiness on the midpalate, and a good dry finish.
Conclusions: Deceptive in that the nose leads you to expect lightness when the wine delivers bigger flavours. Drink within two years, served with the usual white wine food suspects." lfw
