"DATE: 07-16-08 Appearance: Ruby.
Nose: Plum, pepper, spicy oak, blackberry.
Palate: Dry with good acidity, midweight. Palate follows the nose, with light dusty tannins on the midpalate, and a good clean dry finish.
Conclusions: Not a strongly flavoured wine, but nicely balanced (better acidity than most hot-country shiraz) thus very useful at the table. Good for up to five years, not for strongly flavoured foods." lfw
