Nose: Spicy notes on an apple/pear frame, with some mineral and grapefruit notes.
Palate: Off dry with good acidity, midweight. Palate does not yet match the nose (youthfully shy), but the flavours promised on teh nose will develop. Silky mipalate with a light and pleasant bitterness on the long clean finish.
Conclusions: Really too early to tell how this will develop, but it should have some ageability and be very useful with a wide range of foods." lfw
