Nose: Very fruity, inviting, pear/peach/apple, butter/vanilla, light floral and spicy notes.
Palate: Off dry with good acidity, midweight. Palate has even more flavour than promised by the nose. Great peach/apricot on the attack, silky and somewhat soft with lemony notes on the midpalate, and a good long clean drying finish. Nice mineral notes on the aftertaste.
Conclusions: Great wine for social uses or for lighter foods. Would make a great first wine for an important party situation. Good for three or four years but may be at it's youthful fruity best for the next two. Think of it as a chardonnay for riesling lovers!" lfw
