"DATE: 08-21-07 Appearance: Light apricot.
Nose: Nectarine/orange/tangerine with spicy notes.
Palate: Medium dry with good acidity, midweight. Fruit is softer than expected on the palate, with some silkiness midpalate, and a good long finish.
Conclusions: Not for long keeping, or strong foods, but this might work with spicy/warm dishes, and would probably be best by itself on a hot summer day, moderately chilled." lfw

FROM THE PRODUCERS:"Medium wine made from 100% Niagara Nectarines. Soft tangerine and nectarine bouquet with a hint of pineapple, medium body and silky finish. The sweetness of a peach with the tartness of a plum. Serve, slightly chilled, with creamy pastas, pork, seafood, Cheddar, Edam, Swiss cheese."
